“My Roman Shades were delivered as promised, and the quality is great. However, I made a mistake in not ordering the 95% light-blocking backing. We also wanted cord-free operation, and could not get that with the 95% backing, so we took a chance on just the standard light-filtering backing, which turned out to be a mistake. If I had it to do over again, I would get the 95% light-blocking and the beaded cord operation. But, that's MY mistake, not Blindster's. My only suggestion would be for Blindster in include installation instructions that feature the provided brackets, as mine were different from those illustrated. Would I buy again? Yes, and probably will.”

“I called before I ordered to make sure I was measuring correctly. The person I spoke to was so patient and nice - not to mention helped me measure correctly !! Great service , excellent product !! ( sending me samples that I chose I was able to make a decision immediately!). Thank you”

“Price was the lowest anywhere, including online. The quality of this Roman shade rivals custom blind boutiques. My husband said the custom shade was very easy to install. I took the measurements myself, according to their directions online, and they were spot on. The appearance is most lovely, you've got to believe that I have the most gorgeous kitchen window in the city of Sacramento now. I will definitely be a repeat customer.”
