“We were pleased with the fabric sample we were sent and then ordered our 4 shades. Throughout the process we were very happy with the customer service aspect. We installed the shades over the weekend and are delighted with the finished result! The fabrics for the shades and lining are substantial and the workmanship is great. We've already been talking about replacing some of our other shades and would not hesitate to use Blindster.com again.”

“One of seven roman shades was not sewn correctly and, as a result, did not hang straight. Easy fix with a needle and thread but still - shows a lack of quality control with an otherwise high quality well-priced product.”

“They do the job, but, knowing what I know now, I would have gone with the pull strings on the outside. As it is, they tend to get tangled up in the folds of the blinds.”

“I had received exorbitant quotes from local companies for shades/curtains for my living room windows and was shocked by their prices so I decided to give Blindster a go. I couldn't be more pleased. I ordered the roman shades with the cordless option in wilmington moonlight and they look and work fantastic. I ordered the Roman Shades in Wilmington Moonlight with the cordless option and we love them and have received many compliments from our guests for these shades. Prices, quality, and customer service are unbeatable. I have never dealt with such a fast, efficient, and friendly customer service. I have ordered more shades for our bedroom and guest room and all look great.”
