I am sorry you are not happy with your shades and delivery times. All of our products have estimated production and delivery times listed on the website. I see that you blinds were ordered during the evening of March 10, 2015. The order was sent to the factory the first thing in the morning on March 11, 2015. Normal production time for these custom sewn roman shades is 8 to 10 business days. I show your order shipped on March 19, 2015 and was delivered to you on March 27, 2015. The factory is actually located in Mexico just across the border from San Diego. I will contact you to see what is wrong the folds. The fabric sometimes needs to be steamed after it is installed to get rid of the wrinkles that may have developed during the shipping process. However, the folds should not require extensive readjustment to hang even.
