“Love my new shades. Thanks to the simple instructions I was able to measure accurately. The order process was simple and fast. Within a week I received my shades. Within an hour I had them installed. They are exactly what I wanted. Happy!”

“The roman shade is beautiful. It is good quality, except the pull chain is plastic and I wasn't expecting that as others I have in my house are metal chains. My shade is on the sun side of the house so a bit concerned how that plastic chain will hold up.”

“The blinds I ordered arrived and looked good. I ordered one blind in white and three in sage green. All the blinds were the same color, white. I didn't want to fool with returning them but if I order again and have a problem I will return the merchandise.”

“The roman shades I ordered were very nice, but the color didn't work. I had ordered a sample and when they came they were a little more yellow then cream , because of the lining. Customer service quickly gave me a return authorization and a refund was given as soon as they received my return. The blinds were well made and of high quality. I ordered more samples and will order again. Company stands behind their product.”
