“Just what I wanted! I love Roman Shades for their simplicity and style and the selection of fabrics here is second to none that I have found. Ordering the swatches takes the guess work out of ordering and the final product was perfect fit and quality! I will order again with having a new house and we needed window coverings for every room! And just for those questioning the extra expense for getting the extra draping in the fabric, do it, it makes all the difference in how elegant these shades hang!”

“Very helpful staff. The sample swatches were sent quickly. Lead time of my order was as estimated and once finished, the shipping to my door was quick. No problems with the quality. Items are made in Mexico, not USA, though. The supplied mounting directions and hardware were excellent. Would definitely recommend this company to someone else.”

“I purchased a total of 5 roman shades for my home in San Francisco. I requested the samples be sent to be before I made my decision which really helped me to see the fabrics before committing to them. They arrived quickly and look absolutely beautiful. Before ordering these I contacted a local person who made custom shades and she was very expensive. I'm so glad I found Blindster. I'm going to order more roman shades for another property.”

“The shades arrived on schedule, were made from quality fabric, and we're easy to install. The roman shades were for two windows that are cornered. The folds do not match from shade to shade and have completely ruined the look in a master bathroom that was completely renovated. Very disappointing to say the least.”

I'm sorry you were not happy with your shades. The reason the folds do not match is because you ordered one shade with the cordless lift system and one shade with a standard lift cord. To make sure that shades match, you have to make with the exact same length and options. After our telephone discussion I have ordered a new shade for you. You can return the original shade under our Satisfaction Guarantee for a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.

“I found Blindster from a random google search. When I compared their prices to another site I thought it was too good to be true. But what I found most impressive (besides their low prices) was their customer service. They are easily accessible, very polite and all around helpful. I would highly recommend this company. My blinds came on time, looking perfect. I had some trouble hanging them but I think the problem was more my lack of experience. The pre-drilled holes were slightly off but we were still able to get them up. Overall the look FABULOUS.”
