“Soft-fold Roman shades are beautiful. I ordered two identical sized shades not noticing that one window had reduced moulding width as it died into the wall. One fit perfectly, the other was too wide. I called Blindster and they said, "No problem. We will replace it for you." Charges were shipping only--$20---for a shade that cost $255.00. Replacement arrived within 10 days. It fit ! My only comment is that if ordering a shade with a valence take into account the wrap around feature of the valence and the Velcro used to adhere it--it adds nearly 1/2 inch to the LENGTH of the hanging apparatus. If you have a tight space that could be too tight.”

“Bought a shade for every window of the house. I bought several shades without the continous cord loop and 3 with, I would definitly not recommend the continous cord loop because of 2 reasons. 1. The installation is different. The shades with continous cord loop were not as stable as those without the cord. 2. The continous cord loop appears to be made of plastic and appears that it will be easily broken and looks cheap. I did add the 100% premium blackout as I do work night shift. I believe this was worth the money to add. It darkened the room very well.”
