“I was not aware of the weight of the balance that was required for the type of pull that ii requested and called customer service . They immediately addressed the issue and I ordered a different type of pull. I was only charged a reasonable freight rate since free freight applied to first order. They were so patient and understanding.”

“Brilliant … perfect fit, beautiful design and material…works perfectly with remote. Thought this was a pricy blind, but worth it. Also, chose the room darkening feature, excellent as well. Color is exactly what I wanted, blends perfectly with newly painted walls. All in all a 10 out of 10!”
