“I will never buy horizontal window blinds again. I researched some retail stores they did not have anything in stock or that could be ordered to the size dimensions I needed for a perfect fit. Never purchase blinds from retail stores! After installing the vertical blinds that I purchased from Blister.com I purchased I made the decision to never buy horizontal blinds again. I like to have my windows open to let a nice gentle breeze blow through the windows. The horizontal blinds I had when I moved into my apartment got twisted easily and I am not sure of the brand name of them or their quality but some of the slats broke off. Cheap or brittle plastic, I don't know. I should not have to worry about vertical blinds slats getting twisted and breaking as easily as horizontal blinds do. The quality is excellent of my purchase from Blindster.com. I will be purchasing another set of vertical blinds from them soon.”

“I needed new vertical blinds for a patio door and was looking for the color grey. This website came up and the variety and price was great. It was easy to order and also easy to put up. The quality is nice , but the inside mechanisms are a little cheap ( pull cords and chain). Overall we love the blinds.”

“The vanes of the blinds you sent were too long, and when I requested them to be replaced with shorter ones, I was told I would be charged an extra $75 for shipping. It's cheaper to just buy new ones from Home Depot (or free to cut them myself, which I did). Such a waste... The blinds themselves were ok but nothing to write home about. Even though I ordered them on sale, I would probably save myself the headache buying blinds elsewhere.”

“As my contractor was putting my blinds up, he showed me where four of the white plastic that connects to the rope were t solid. I have to constantly help them along when I open and close my blinds. We were getting ready for family visits so I told him to go a head and hang them. Not real happy with Blindster at this point. We wanted to order black out LARGE blinds on our patio but now I'm thinking of using another co. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER”
