“I wish we would have spend a bit more money on this blind, they seem a bit cheap to me. My husband measured wrong, and we need to trim them as they fall off when opening and closing. I was expecting more, as all the other blinds were so great.”

“I was hesitant to order blinds online; however, after looking at a lot of vertical blinds in a variety of stores, the price for the embossed blinds were much less than most stores could offer. “The blinds are nice enough, but we don't much care for the chain & pull cord deal. They were touchy to attach to the frame and have to line up straight, so they are hard to hide from view. I would rather not have that device, even if I had to pay more - then I would like them just fine. I guess you get what you pay for!”

I'm sorry you are disappointed with your blinds. There is another mechanism that will operate the vertical blinds. You can choose a wand control. This control is a manual system. To open the shades you grab the wand and pull the blinds open. To tilt the vanes open you twist the wand. All of our verticals are available with either the cord/chain system or the wand system for the same price. I will contact you directly to see what we can do to get you this other option.
