“I purchased these to place in my netball shoes after having ongoing blister problems. They are the best blister prevention method I have tried. I am about to purchase another set to put in my new netball shoes. The old patches did not need replacing, as they lasted as long as my shoes did. I wont be wearing any shoes for sport without first placing these blister prevention patches in. I would recommend to anyone they are that great!”

“I walk around 20km a day at work, and my expensive composite toe safety shoes wear out at inside of the heel- long before the rest of the shoe. Using a couple of Engo patches I've been able to stop the friction before I wear away the inside of the shoe. Good stuff!”

Agreed Annie :) It's a different approach to blisters with the advantage of being a long-term solution - not something you have to apply every day. Glad you're enjoying them!

“I have two sets of these in 2 different sets of hiking boots for long distance hiking. They work great! They stopped a few blister issues I was having early on. I recommend them.”

“I was into my fourth pair of running shoes in 3 months when I sought out a different solution to my blister problem. I was getting HUGE blisters on the sides of my feet every time I ran, making training almost impossible. These patches are a god send! Two in each shoe and I can finally run without strapping my feet at all! I've repurchased numerous times now. I can't believe more people don't know about them. Thank you!!!”

“I had to get orthotics to keep me running. They fixed one problem but created another with constant blisters. Nothing I tried worked (taping,bandaids, thin socks) and I nearly gave up running. I then found these patches online and I have not had a blister since. I've done numerous 10km and also a half marathon and no blisters. They have also lasted easily 300 kms (and still going) of running. I can't recommend these highly enough. Give them a try and you won't regret it.”
