“After many years of getting blisters, I thought I knew what caused them. After watching some of the information videos and saw how they worked, I was extremely skeptical. Once I tried them, wow! It has completely changed my understanding of blisters. I use these primarily in my inline skates, which has allowed me to go from skating 15km and getting blisters, to now skating 50km plus with no blisters.”

“On one pair of shoes they worked really well. However on my Merrel Moab hiking shoes, which were what I actually bought these patches for - the patches just wouldn't stay stuck. I used the same process etc, but for some reason the patch keeps peeling off at the edges. A shame, as I really wanted to resurrect these shoes, they are in very good condition other than the bit behind the heel having a small hole in the fabric and padding, causing blisters. I would probably buy some more and try again if they weren't so expensive for so few patches per pack, especially taking into account the cost of postage. Next time I'll just experiment with some adhesive vinyl or tape from bunnings and see how that goes.”

Thanks for letting us know, Cazz. If you're otherwise happy with the patches but they're not sticking well to a particular shoe, the manufacturers recommend you use a glue like Shoe Goo to secure it.

“I had tried everything before these and nothing stopped large blisters forming on my arches even in just 3 - 4km. I had tried all the expensive socks and these were the only thing that worked. I have run a marathons with them and not got my blisters. Also perfect on the heel of new shoes - not just runners. Thank you for finally offering a solution to my problem.”

“I've been using my patches for almost a year now, and they saved my shoes! I ALWAYS rub a hole in the same spot on the inner heel of my shoes, and it significantly decreases their lifespan - these stickers patched up the existing holes, prevented further damage, and made my exercise shoes last a whole year longer. I'm a HUGE fan.”
