“Short answer - they solved my arch blisters! I had blisters in both arches on the sides (edge blisters) from my new shoes. I bought these after seeing the positive reviews. I've run about 5 times since I put the patches in my shoes and no blisters have returned. Very happy to have such a simple solution.”

“Sorry these didn’t work for me. I applied the medium ovals to the inside of my trail shoe just behind where my big toe ends and my arch starts. The patch wasn’t sticky enough to firmly attach to the trail shoe and had rolled after my first run. I tried to attach an oval patch to my shoe insert in the same location and with neoprene inserts I was not able to get the patch to stick at all. Worth a try but didn’t help me fix my problem.”

“I was skeptical at first but had read really good things about them for runners and hikers. I applied them to the insides of my shoes and inserts and this really helped to reduce the friction I was having at the outside toes of my feet. The ones on the inserts lasted for two pair of shoes before I needed to apply new ones. And I think they only gave out because I went through a good amount of rushing water.”
