“I purchased these to place in my netball shoes after having ongoing blister problems. They are the best blister prevention method I have tried. I am about to purchase another set to put in my new netball shoes. The old patches did not need replacing, as they lasted as long as my shoes did. I wont be wearing any shoes for sport without first placing these blister prevention patches in. I would recommend to anyone they are that great!”

“Bought this product last year and used 2/4 of the patches on my Brooks Levitate. I was getting blisters from the inner sole in my arch on 10+ km runs. After the patches, there is zero rubbing even at 21.1km distance. So happy with my decision”

“I was recommended to try these on the ball of my feet to prevent the pain from nerve damage and have found them to be very effective for the past few years. Everytime I get a new pair of shoes and new inner sole, I always ensure that I get new patches. Before trying these i was in pain after running 10 to 12 kms, but with the patches I have now run several half marathons and 2 full marathons. I can't recommend them highly enough. Jenny Daly”
