This makes excellent kefir with a very simple process. It can be re-cultured which makes the starter more economical. And also so much easier (and consistent) than maintaining your own culture. The flavor is very good - tangy and pleasant.

I love this kefir starter! I let the finished kefir sit in the fridge overnight with chia seeds and add frozen blueberries in the morning. I feel a sense of relaxation as I drink it… like my body needs it. Give it a try!
