“This is the second time I bought this product. Store bought sauerkraut is too sour for me. When you make your own you can ferment exactly the way you like it. I have made sauerkraut without starter, but with this the results are better. In the future I hope to try fermenting vegetables other than cabbage with this starter.”
“I purchased the culture starter to make sour cream, but there are no instructions in the pamplet for that. Your customer service agent said that he would look into it and send via email the instructions. I haven't heard from anyone. I am completely surprised that you would even put sour cream on the box as an option.”
