“I was advised by my podiatrist to try these socks as I have plantar fasciitis. I was willing to give anything a go. He did say though that some people can’t live without these socks while others can’t wear them. So I was optimistic but willing to try. Sadly it brought more pain and discomfort. But anyone who wants to try them I would say give it a go if it works well that’s a bonus. Body heal have me a full refund which I am grateful for. Thank you”

However, we totally understand and as per your podiatrist's advice/explanation try and see if it works for you. As you can see this product has a vast majority of positive feedback and provide the support that most of our customers need. However, like any garment/support, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one product that is 100% accurate for everyone. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness. “I followed the recommended sizing (I am a size 38/8.5 shoe), but these are a bit too tight for my foot. It cuts off the circulation in my toes, which causes discomfort.”

The shoe size doesn't account for various arches which is more important for this product. Our returns policy allows our customers to try on the product for fit, comfort, and effectiveness.
