Hi Jennifer, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. If your podiatrist sold you the same pair for cheaper than we'll admit that it is very competitive price and you are unlikely to find that anywhere else. If you check the American OS1st website (the brand) you'll see that they sell it for $40 USD - which, after conversion, is more than the price that we sell it at. I am assuming the podiatrist is able to sell it for significantly lower as you are using their podiatry services which usually has a cost involved as well. Whereas selling high quality products online delivered to our customers doorsteps is the only service that we provide. We compensate shipping costs as well, which for your order was quite significant as it was Express Post. It was also delivered to your door within 2 days of placing your order. While we would love to sell products at the bare minimum it just isn't possible if we want to stay in business and pay our employees. I hope that clarifies the issue.

“Even though I bought the correct size according to the size guide on line and on the box, the sleeve is too tight and cuts off my circulation if worn for over a couple hours at a time. Would be fantastic if it fit.”
