“I thought I had to wear the socks to help my heel problem , they were so tight they gave me so much pain I stopped wearing them, I'm a 38 size foot and I bought a medium, my son-in-law bought a cheaper brand and had great comfort they were $12 a pair I paid $54.95 and was in pain I should have listen to him because I can't get my money back I should have read the returns policy too .I really think they do not have to be that tight , and there is no padding on the heel where I need it .very disappointed money wasted, lesson learned . They probably wont post this but it is a lesson for everyone .”

Hi Evelyn, we are sorry for the inconvenience. As you can see from our reviews for this product that quite a vast majority of customers are happy with the foot sleeves and it's helped relieve heel and plantar fasciitis support. While the size chart is accurate for the vast majority of our customers it cannot accommodate everyone. Not everyone is made the same. As you have mentioned we have a 30 day returns policy that allows you to try on our products to judge fit. So there is an opportunity for all our customers to try on the product and return it back to us if they think it's not a good fit for them. This review will be live on the website, we don't hide reviews unless they contain profanity.
