“My husband and I love the meditations. I particularly like that there are different lengths. Often, we will do the 20 minute and let it roll into the 30 minute so the lesson/mantra are reinforced with plenty of shut-eye time. My only request would be to make these available as mp3 files as well as videos. The videos are beautiful but too big to download. Since our eyes are closed, it really isn't necessary to have the videos after the first time watching the beautiful scenery. Thank you!”
