“I am so happy I purchased the Boho Yin Yoga series! I have been doing the same DVD for years and love this new material. As always, the settings are gorgeous and the instructions are very clear. Glad to learn about different variations of the positions particularly with a knee that’s been through multiple surgeries. My only complaint is that no live elephants came with the videos to share in the experience with me! Namaste”
