“You’ve changed my life. I’ve been doing your videos for about 5 years now. I started via YouTube and now I have your apps, along with every workout program available. I’ve had two back surgeries due to degenerative disc disease and your Pilates has helped me in recovery, both mentally and physically. I’m stronger than ever, more tone than ever and my back is healing so nicely. So much gratitude toward both of you and your hard work and dedication- especially now that you have little feet following your every move. Below photo is one of my 4 kids. He is a twin and wakes me up early, so we do morning sessions together.”

“I never tried yin yoga before. I just didn't like the idea of being still. Then my body felt stiff and sore and I couldn't get a good release. So I decided to get this yin yoga program to see if it would help. Let me tell you, it helped me so much! I now do it at least twice a week. What a difference it makes in my body. Just amazing”
