“I love the Yin Yoga program because it helps me to learn to stay more focused on each posture and it helps me to become more aware of my breathing. I have lower back issues so many of the poses help with my back and sciatica. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful programs you produce! I also love the meditation program!”
