“I found Boho Beautiful almost 1 year ago when I was struggling to find my yoga practice. I was attending a studio and pushing myself physically more than my body was ready for, disregarding the true purpose of yoga and resulting in an injury I am still working through. The Boho Beautiful online videos and Boho Beautiful in 10 days gave me the option to take my practice home and slow down, listening to my body and focusing more on the inward journey of yoga. As I am still working through an injury, the Essential Yin Yoga Journey has been perfect for me, allowing me to work on repairing my body and focus on quieting my mind while I get through this tough time. The video content and practice are so rewarding and captivating, but what really makes them is Juliana. Her guidance throughout the practice is exceptional and I feel so rejuvenated physically and mentally after one of her classes. She far exceeds any other yoga instructor I have ever experienced and I am so grateful to have found Boho Beautiful! Every time they come out with new videos or programs it is like opening the greatest gift!”
