“I haven't yet started this program, but I have reviewed each workout and they are awesome. I am pretty fit. However, I am in the process of changing to workouts that are more kind to my body. This program fits the bill. The production is impeccable and more professional than any Beachbody program I have ever seen. Above all of that, I believe in the lifestyle that Juliana and Mark are all about and love those guys! They immediately calm my spirit when I watch and hear them speak. In addition to the Perfect Yoga Workout, I also own Ultimate Pilates Bootcamp and Transform and love all of them.”
