“These are very good workouts for everybody who wants to see and feel results ;) If you wish to buy this workout you have to keep in mind they are harder then the short YouTube Videos! So basically not really for beginners... It would have been nice to have more full body workouts and one "hip opener" video. But apart from that, the videos are (boho) beautiful!! :) you just feel great and full of positive energy when you made it through the entire workout! Thanks a lot!!”

“It is a good program but wish it was a little more challenging to get a real hard work out. So possibly an extremely challenging Pilates and yoga workout option even a transform video that we can access to advance to the next level once we are done. I have purchased everything and done them all so I would like the next step in advancement. Keep up the great work and more recipes are always great. ALSO if you could let us know where you buy your yoga outfits you practice in that would be great. I love the attire.”
