“The yoga workout is amazing! I also purchased the yin yoga and they work beautifully together. I was not familiar with Yin Yoga but I am so glad to begin learning more. “Hi! I purchased the workout program around two weeks ago and like the videos. They are very challenging and I can imagine that in a few months I will definitely notice results. I was only a bit disappointed that there were only a total of four videos for the amount of money paid... I thought the video screenshots shown on the website were just sneak peaks of what to expect... However the quality is good.”
