“The yoga video is a plus point whereby you really learn how to do yoga much better. It would be good to have an awareness before someone decide for this course is that whether they are beginners, immediate or advance yoga practitioner as without the basic know how, it can be taxing for the body. The nutrition guide is great. Making awareness of what is important and needed for our body. Also making awareness of our environment, things we can do to make the planet a better place. The videos are available up to an expiry period, that I was not aware before the purchase. Maybe I missed out before the purchase? I would like to do every now and then again the Detoxify program. Lastly I am excited with the purchase, only thing I waited for nearly 2 hours before I get the purchase confirmation. That can be improved.”

“I've not completed the full program, but it is already having an impact on my life. I have purchased several programs over the years, including Complete, Retreat, Ascension, and now Detoxify. Like the others, it does not dissappoint. The recipies are easy to follow and not that complicated, especially when cooking for 1. I have always had a basic American Mid-Western diet. This has been an eye opener -- a way of helping me eat better and feel better. Thank you!”
