“The classes were very helpful, however some ingredients of the cooking classes are not so easy to get (hemp seeds, meat alternatives). Delicious though. I‘ll definitely do the class again because I felt better after the week.”

“I love this program! I use a lot of ketchup, fabricmade vegan hamburgers etc. in my daily life, but with the breakfest and dinner recipes I have made much more healthier vegan meals. And they have tasted really good too! I haven't done the yoga on the same day as the food recipies. I finished the yoga videos yesterday (which I really liked - some where more challenging than others), but I have only done day one and two breakfest and dinner and day three dinner. So I'll continue with the recipies (and do yoga with Boho beautiful on youtube every day like I'm used to). I'm really looking forward to buying a juicer, so I can make healthy juice from the juice recipies in this program. So thank you so much for making this program, Juliana and Mark”
