“Great yoga classes! So far I have done the 7 days yoga for one and a half round. I felt amazing after the workout. I am not a vegan person but would like to try out a 7 day vegan challenge later to detoxify my stomach lol. One advice, if the food recipe could provide a detailed shopping list, with the amount needed, that would be awesome!”

“I love this Detoxify program from the smoothy to the training, also the food, I'm not someone who likes to cook, but there are very easy and so yummy. So happy I bought this I do almost every day the training it feels like I'm a new person. THANKs again, so happy I found "Boho Beautiful"”

“I love all of the Boho Beautiful programs and I was so excited to see a new offering! The recipes are so tasty and gave me some nice new foods to try. I was concerned that some ingredients may not be easy to find as I am in England, but I had no problem at all. I personally didn’t feel deprived or hungry during this detox plan, the meals are so nutritious and filling, I genuinely looked forward to what my next meal was. The workouts are excellent. Juliana is my favourite teacher for Yoga and Pilates. Her sequences always work so well for me, both in terms of challenging me and also keeping me motivated. I’m sure at some point I will revisit the whole series but, for now, I’m very happy to have some exciting new recipes and workouts to add to my usual ones.”
