“I loved the meal plans. I have since started eating breakfast again. And having a protein shake for lunch. And another healthy meal for dinner. I had trouble fitting in the yoga because I currently have a workout program. But I did enjoy what I did.”

“So beautifully done with great content. Each video is filled with beauty and care in how it was put together. The e-books are full of pictures that make you smile! The recipes were a surprise to me ... I am not vegan so I was expecting a lot of 'strange and hard to find items' but the recipes call for very common items and are simple and delicious! The yoga is fantastic ... it's stretching and challenging and feels so good. Julianna is so great at reminding me to work with where my body is on that day, no judgement and offers the insight so both beginners and experts can do it. The calibre of product is incredible! I am part of your Patreon group but this is the first of your programs I've purchased and it is such high quality and so filled with love! Thank you!”
