“I've been thoroughly enjoying working my way through Boho Beautiful: Detoxify. First the meals: easy to find ingredients is always a plus and this program delivers. I was able to get all the food requirements in my local grocery store. And they do provide tips to change it up with whats avaliable for you. I've been Vegan for 3 years at this point and the recipes do not fail to impress. Flavorful, easy to make and beautiful presentation make it a delight for the eyes and the tastebuds. There are videos for each recipe to give you a quick rundown of the process and the production value is top notch as always. I've surprised myself with this program as a bona-fide sweet addict that I have had NO cravings for cakes or heavily processed sweets this week, nor the usual withdrawal symptoms one gets when cutting out foods. The meal plan is truly a detox plan that does not feel like a detox at all and I'm excited to continue this way of eating past the 7 days of the program duration. Yoga: I'm a beginner. My fitness level is not very high at all and I do find the yoga challenging at times. Like literally sweating from the effort. If you do too, please keep going! There are modifications and it is so well worth it! Every morning I uh... feel the results from the workouts. You definitely will detox if you do it right. Production value is perfect and Juliana leads you skillfully through the moves. Not too fast, not to slow. Just right! Do I recommend this program? I do! I'm excited to see what other offerings are available if they are all this good and I know I'll be keeping the recipes I've learned from this program in my regular rotation and will be visiting the videos over and over again.”
