“Have just started the yoga program but have already studied and shopped for the recipes. The approach is in my mind very similar to mine as I have read extensively about nutrition and the benefits of healthy eating . I love your open- mindedness about ingredients and being creative. Above all they are truly delicious and bring a fresh take on the rut I’ve been in There’s the discipline I’ve been looking for AND the freedom and space for individual creativity . I struggle with integrating 2 yoga classes a day but given the format i.e 30-45 minutes each it’s going to function. I absolutely love your own progress and identity with your mindset. Am so happy to have met you invaluable souls ♥️”

“I’m 62 years old and by following this detox program it always helps my system and of course my body. I really get a lot out of each and every video with Boho Beautiful. I’ve always said that I can accomplish more in 30 minutes with Boho Beautiful then I’ve ever received with a instructor at a club, and I’ve been going to a gym for 30 years!”
