“I found this detoxify program really awesome! Not only for the yoga classes that are, as always, just perfectly designed to fulfil the aim of the program, with enough challenges to progress, but especially for the cooking part. I am not a cooker at all. I was willing to improve, to add more diversity in my daily diet and to discover vegan food, but I didn't know how to start and felt overwhelmed. How it is conceived made me overcome my apprehension. The recipes were just so delicious and so easy to make, especially thanks to the short videos. Now I have change my way of cooking in my everyday life and I feel so energized! Thank you so much Juliana and Mark for this!”

“Yoga sessions were very good, would you please also do more video on short meditation . I use very often your meditation videos too but would be good some 10-15 min new videos maybe breathing techniques etc. Thank you - love it”
