“I'm excited about the program. It was quite a challenge for me, so I took a break during some exercises. I also adjusted my schedule a bit, I did the exercises every other day. Nevertheless, the exercises had a positive effect on my body and my mind. The recipes are great! Easy to prepare and healthy. I particularly like the fact that Juliana and Mark make suggestionst to substitutions for ingredients that are not local to my environment. I definitely recommend the program to anyone who wants to improve their digestion, body and lifestyle. Thanks Juliana and Mark, I look forward to the new challenges. “I was very pleased with this program. It pushed me to new level. Some of the classes were easy to follow and some really pushed me to new limits. I started doing classes from bono beautiful about a year ago. I was very disappointed in myself and my health. I started looking through several YouTube videos and happened upon one from bono beautiful. I have been doing these videos ever since and I have slowly started seeing results that I never thought I would. When the detoxify program came out I decided to try it to push myself further. I would highly recommend this program. I will definitely be repeating these classes over again.”

“This Detoxify program is the best. After one week I can feel beneficial effect in my body. Recommended for the beginner and the advanced yoga training as well. Perfect the lenght of the videos. “This was a wonderful and very effective Detox program. I really felt my body and spirit had reset. The workouts were perfect - just beautiful. I definately would recommend to anyone interested in detox or yoga in general. My only request would be a more cold climate based meal plan since the Detox was released in November and I live in Ohio ;-( But the Boho Budha-ful bowl for the first dinner was one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. Thank you Juliana and Mark!”
