“I just finished the detoxweek and finally I feel energetic again. After a difficult time, when I was very sad and tired, I wanted a fresh start. I had a lot of muscle pain and headache for 4 days, but from day 5 I felt better and better. The food is simple, but tasty and with great results. I drink less coffee now, am more rested and have more energy. The yoga is great! Thank you! Love the program!”

“I love the programm. It is challenging, but good enougth. I did not manage to make the 7 days at first,so restarting it from beginning each time there is a break. For me it means that I need a repeat. So greatfull I have found Boho , as after the workout my body feels so much better and my day wounderfull. Many thanks”
