“I discovered Boho Beautiful a few months ago and it literally has changed my life. I’ve told all of my friends and family as well...anf they are all believers as well Thank you for having such an impact on improving my mobility and flexibility...while improving core strength and minimizing my lower back and hip pain. “I really like the organization of the exercises with the warm ups to start and the cool downs to finish. I was also very happy with the two options to consider with the exercises, easier or harder versions. The encouragement and the verbal motivation to keep going is excellent. The breathing reminders are also very helpful. It is so easy to forget to breathe properly when the going gets tough.”
