“I started out watching the YouTube videos that Boho Beautiful put out and liked them so much that I decided to support more and buy the Transform program. I have not been in good shape for a long time, but after completing the 2 week course I can feel my body changing and reacting well to the exercises. I am currently repeating the course and can see and feel differences from the first time I did it. Very happy with my purchase and Boho Beautiful does a great job of pushing you to better while staying calm. I also appreciate the kind, reassuring words they offer throughout the exercises. This program has turned me into someone who recommends pilates to all of my friends. Extremely happy with this program and will likely buy another program in the future.”

“This program has taken my workouts (and my body!) to the next level! It's *so hard* which I LOVE. You can get easy stuff a dime a dozen on YT, which is great, but Transform is so wonderfully advanced. I hadn't realized that I had plateaued actually until I bought Transform and suddenly I was blissfully sore again. Heehee. I LOVE the variety and intensity of this program and I have already done it twice through... I also love the editing, music, and ambiance. I just wish it also included a meditation to do after each workout. I end up just going to YT to find one of Juliana's other meditations.”

“Such a good program. My body felt so much stronger every day over the 2 weeks and will continue to keep doing the videos. On the days where I felt like I could do more I would do an extra class or two. The videos are still effective even as you get stronger because you can just increase the intensity or add more resistance. Thank you so much Mark and Juliana for the services you provide, I'm feeling the strongest I've felt in my body for years xxx”

“As an Emergency Medicine physician and mother of four boys, yoga has been an important part of my life. I purchased transform so I could get the benefits of strength, cardio and yoga. Transform has met those expectations and more. I sweat, breath and enjoy the scenery and guided voice. I have a yoga studio close by but has been wonderful to be able to practice at home.
