I am on day 10 of this program. It is awesome. Such a variety of exercises and the difference in time with each program really makes a difference in how you feel. Some exercises are quite difficult for a fitness newbie like me, but I also love how they are challenging even with the easier versions. I keep pushing myself farther than I would have imagined thanks to your guidelines and beautifully performed poses. I also love the music in the background. It’s upbeat and motivating!

Thank you Juliana and Mark for creating such an amazing and transformative series! I treated myself to Transform for birthday, 50, and it has met my expectations. My body had plateaued, and am seeing it transform, get stronger everyday, after following the program. I am excited to see what my final results will be!

I'm halfway through the Boho Transform program and I was delightedly surprised. It lived up to the word "transform" as some of the workouts taxes the body. But unlike other HIIT workouts, I didnt sense that I was putting undue stress on the body. Mostly, and consistent with my experience whenever I do boho yoga, I forget abt burning calories. I simply focus on the moment & how the movement makes me feel.
