“Loving this program so far! It’s challenging and fun. I enjoy the mix of cardio, light weights, and yoga. I also love the quality of the videos. Sometimes yoga videos can have weird angles but these people have nailed it. No awkward head turning to see what is happening on the screen. I feel amazing and am loving the definition I see in my shoulders and the increase in flexibility.”
