“Great program and I love how it’s delivered by Julianna! She is so amazing! It is tough- the first time I did it I wanted to cry sometimes and I did have to take some extra rest days in between, partly also because I didn’t have time to do a session every single day, but I didn’t feel pressured or guilty which I think is really important for your mindset when on a fitness/ weight loss/ wellness program. I did the 14 days in 18 and lost 6cm from my waist! I’m having 3 days off and starting again! I can definitely feel the transformation; I feel fitter, more toned and making progress with flexibility. I actually can’t wait for round 2!”

“First off, I would like to say that I am so grateful that I found Boho Beautiful a few months ago! It has been exactly what I needed not only in my fitness routine, but my life as well. I was pushing myself with high impact, cardio and HIIT workouts that were stressing my body out way too much. After following along to Boho Beautiful routines on YouTube, I decided to try Boho Beautiful Transform Program as a nice integration of cardio, sculpting, resistance, and yoga while being more gentle to my body. I love this program! The arm workout is killer and the most well rounded routine I have found in a long time! After completing the program, I feel stronger, leaner, and more sculpted than ever!
