“I have been following Juliana and Mark for over a year now and practicing with their videos on youtube. Their exercises have helped me to improve my body as well as establishing a rhythm and routine which had improved my work life balance. I didn't hesitate to purchase the Transform program for two main reasons. Firstly, I enjoy Juliana's videos and I love pushing myself and my boundaries, secondly, after compleing in the past the 14 DAY FREE FITNESS PROGRAM I have seen amazing results and I was ready for a new challenge. I definitely recommend this program because it gave me great results in a short period of time. I am maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regularly so my body is getting better and stronger every week! Nevertheless, I have saved money from the gym! :-)”

“I have recently completed Boho Beautiful Transform. I started it January 1st and thankfully lost the holiday pounds that I accumulated. I appreciated the one minute breaks during the workouts which gave me time to recharge then continue on. The option to choose different levels of intensity helped greatly as some excercises were a bit harder for me. I also like the words of encouragement and counting down the reps which provided motivation to continue. Tomorrow, I will begin the Boho Beautiful in Ten Days. “After finishing Boho Beautiful Transform, I really notice how much more toned I am. I'm really happy with how much stronger my abs, triceps, and shoulders are specifically. Doing these videos every day felt much more like a spiritual way to get in touch with my body verses some regular workout which I really liked and set this program apart from others where you're just killing yourself trying to burn calories. I plan on doing this again and recommend this program to any one trying to build confidence as well as inner/ outer strength.”
