“This program is a game changer! I just can't say how much I love it. This is the second program I bought from Boho Beautiful. The Transform program is a challenging one but that's the whole point of it. I like that Juliana always shows different version of each exercise so you can select the version that most suits your current abilities. The videos are structured in a way that each day is focused on a different part of the body which means you don't feel tired or any muscle pain the following day as it is usual with some workouts. The stretch yoga classes on day 7 & 14 are truly a reward for all your hard work. I even somehow managed to persuade my partner to do this workout challenge with me and he loves it - I think that says it all. Juliana and Mark always put their hearts in everything they do and this makes the difference - their programmes are the best quality and so inspiring and motivating.”
