“The only yoga app I truly enjoy! I have tried several. Thoughtfully edited and crafted, short or long classes and collections and challenges with beautiful scenery! Their two sweet voices are so soft yet encouraging! Chose any style as for some of us who think all we need is power flow to get results, mind body, Pilates, yin, Hatha…..slow gentle stretching and learning to breath that’s what it’s all about for me and they do it best!!! On the other hand they will kick your booty too if that’s where your strength is for the day!! I have received your light! Thank you!”
