“This program is intense and challenging yet peppered with modifications, where needed. I am a former fitness competitor who has worked hard to stay fit as I age. This has been more difficult with some recently sustained injuries. The Transform Program, as well as my subscription to the boho beautiful.life app have helped me to begin again and stay on my journey to maintaining lifelong fitness and overall wellness.
