“I follow the workouts of Boho Beautiful for a long time now and I had absolutely no doubt about the quality of the content! The Transform workouts are great, challenging yet offering multiple levels of difficulty for anyone to attend, regardless their physical status. I am sure I will repeat it again and again exploring all the modifications suggested as I get stronger. Plus, I always enjoy the beautiful landscapes where the workouts are filmed!”

“I have Retreat and Transform but cannot limit myself as there is so much amazing and beneficial content throughout BoHo Beautiful. I am a trauma therapist and I sit for 10 hours of the 12 I do daily. Midday I do an hour of yoga and I would not be able to serve 40 clients a week if I did not practice self care. At 65, I am pain free, not an ach! I put my stress into my body but now I know how to take care of it. I diversify my program but now know what I need and those resources are all present in these yoga classes. I cannot endorse these programs enough.”
