“Transform was the first program I bought, and it is worth the money. The quality is great as usual. The exercises are definitely harder than the ones you find on the youtube channel, but you will see the result immediately. There are a lot of new cardio and toning exercises that I haven't seen in other BB videos before, couple of workouts with dumbbells (which was a plus for me), and two 1-hour yoga videos (if you like longer yoga videos). I managed to complete it in 14 days, and certainly felt stronger (especially in upper body). If you're looking for challenging workouts, give it a shot.”

“This program is amazing! Like all Boho Beautiful videos the classes are super well designed and Julianna does a wonderful job teaching. The videos themselves are, like always, really amazing quality with excellent production, editing and beautiful locations. The program is such a great value too because once you buy it you can do it multiple times,\ and it has three levels, so if you begin at level one, like me, you can advance each time you do it. I also felt really good about buying a program after years of free classes by Boho Beautiful online. (Thank you!) I will say the classes in this program are extremely hard, and I sometimes had to take off extra days between because I was so sore afterwards. But since I am doing it at home the pacing is flexible that way, and there is a 21 day program as well as the 14 day program, that both come with the course so you can choose your own pace. It inspires me to keep going and with practice to get to level two or three over time. I definitely plan on doing more programs by Boho Beautiful in the future as well, probably the Yoga Retreat one next. Thanks Boho Beautiful for creating this wonderful program, and for all the amazing free videos you offer online as well. :)”

“Just coming to the end of week 1 and I already know this is a programme I’ll be using again and again. I really needed a reset and a challenge and to do something proactive for my body. But I also wanted an actual plan. Transform ticks all the boxes. I love the professionalism and high quality of all your videos. The cueing and encouragement are excellent and having the instruction as a voiceover and music to accompany all the routines is a huge bonus for me. Thanks for all the thought and hard work that goes into everything you do: it really shows. I’m so happy to have found you (completely by accident! Or was it…?!) in 2021. I feel like I found you exactly when I needed to.”

“Love this workout challenge! Classes are great and when I combined it with short Boho morning videos, I’ve got 1 hour of yoga and cardio daily routine, I saw the results sooo quickly :)) Also seeing the strength and mobility improvement as the days went by was my motivation to keep going. I’m going to order Retreat program once I finish the second round of Transform.”
