“The Transform programme has been so challenging and fun at the same time! I love the way the workouts have been designed, focusing on a different area of the body each day, always with options to make each exercise more or less challenging, which is great as I plan on repeating the programme many times in the future. Juliana is such an motivating instructor and really has a unique way of keeping things so interesting. I could see results after a few days from doing these workouts and focusing on eating a plant based diet. I highly recommend Boho Beautiful Transform!”

“Well, i didn’t started yet the program because i still work day by day, step by step at my calendar yoga workout that you sent to me when i first left here my email. I’m kind of a beginner, so the fact that you speak clear and detailed about every step you make and the fact that you make slow moves it is perfect for me. But I will tell you when i will start.
