“Well, i didn’t started yet the program because i still work day by day, step by step at my calendar yoga workout that you sent to me when i first left here my email. I’m kind of a beginner, so the fact that you speak clear and detailed about every step you make and the fact that you make slow moves it is perfect for me. But I will tell you when i will start. I learned a lot ‘till now from you Juliana, and i felt that without doing first this calendar steps, i couldn’t start easy and right the Transform Program. “I love your expertise and energy. I also look forward to vicariously visiting new places while taking your classes. Thank you for creating beautiful, authentic productions. I bought the program because I wanted more of a challenge than the shorter online classes offer. I am searching for longer classes with more repetitions of each movement to "burn out" a muscle before moving onto the next - especially micro movements. I love that your classes incorporate barre and pilates so that, along with yoga is the attraction for me in addition to the beautiful overall vibe. I do want to mention that I am disappointed that so far the classes I've taken in this program are only 30 minutes long rather than 45 minutes to 1 hour. I purchased the program hoping for a more advanced workout series. These are wonderful, but I need to do them 2x in a row to feel the benefit. Thank you so much for the work you do. You are the best out there!”
