“I love how the classes are set up. The 30-40 minutes seem to fly by. It’s the perfect mix of challenging, but doable exercises. I just got done with week one and am feeling fantastic! I’m so excited for week two. Would definitely buy a Transform 2 program :)”

“The exercise is great! Different levels to choose from so that for my low-energy days, i’d just choose an easier way to finish the exercise. Always felt great to have completed the exercises! Love the encouragement you gave during the exercises!! One point to note - maybe can add longer warm-up time?”

“This program is just what I needed, not too short, not too long, pushing my limits but on the good way and putting my muscles at work while being able to continue with my day after.
