“Wow, this program is amazing. Definitely feel leveled up and stronger and lost fat and trimmed down while also during the detox food plan with it. (I feel diet is so crucial for fat loss) Me and my daughter did this program together and go back to the cardio. I would love it if you did a flexibility program as well. Every program we have done had been a game changer Thank you so much✌️”
