“I did a couple of Juliana & Mark’s YouTube challenges and wanted to take it to the next level with Transform. Overall, it is an amazing program. It is well organized (love the app) and Juliana’s instructions are very easy to follow. By nature, I have a very athletic build and would say that I was in shape when I started this program. But, wow, was it challenging! I kept pace with most of the moves/workouts, but some of the moves I just simply could not do-just not flexible. I am on Day 13 and can honestly say that my body feels better. I have also noticed that my body has toned up. To caveat this, I do not follow a clean diet. I eat well overall, but I do eat carbs, sweets, and wine. All that said, if I gave up that stuff I do think my body would be in incredible shape with this program. Lastly, I would LOVE to see another program with more weights. I found that I enjoyed the videos the most that incorporated the weights. I highly recommend Transform! Thank you for this program! “Beautifully shot, great workouts that are hard and effective. I wouldn’t recommend for complete beginners to Pilates/yoga but it’s a great challenge. We have also done The complete and retreat programs and loved them all!”
